Quality Inn & Suites - Brainerd

Favourable location and very polite staff!

A refrigerator, coffee and tea making facilities, and a work desk in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Clean bathroom and a tub with good sewerage...

We asked for a large room with fridge, very nice large TV plus microwave and got one. Extra facilities such as a microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge were really useful. Location: the hotel was short walk to restaurant and shops.

The setting was really poor.

Would recommend for a brief retreat

Simple room, convenient location, with free parking, made it easy to explore the area and a complimentary breakfast that started our day off right.

The place had a family atmosphere.

The breakfast was definitely a highlight, with plenty of options like healthy cereal, which I loved. It was also located in a nice area. The friendly service. I really appreciated the warm shower and the ease of making coffee.

Clean bedding made our stay comfortable. The halls were quiet. Unfortunately, the bathroom had mold, and there were bugs in the room. Fitness area lacked tennis equipment.

We played tennis and loved the breakfast spread. Also checked out the nearby theme parks which was really fun. The staff was friendly and the lounge area had a great vibe. Perfect for a group outing!

Only downside was the need for more food options on the menu. A few extra sides would have been nice.

We really enjoyed our stay with our teenagers, especially utilizing the outdoor pool and tennis court at the hotel. It was a fun spot for the kids to relax and burn off some energy after a long day exploring the nearby theme parks.

My kids wished for better room amenities and more cleanliness. The outdated facilities and worn-out furnishings did not meet our expectations as a family-friendly hotel.

The lounge area provided a nice vibe. A bit more variety in the dining menu would enhance the experience, but overall, it was a good getaway.

For a quick overnight stay on our road trip, Quality Inn in Brainerd was a pleasant surprise. the room was spacious and well-equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. the staff was friendly and accommodating, even handling a room mishap professionally. the highlight was the breakfast offering a variety of options, including a healthier choice with Raisin Bran.

Would recommend this hotel.

The location of this place is great, in a nice area close to shops, restaurants, and just a mile from Bay Lake.
